Three ways to start, depending on where you are

Each offer addresses a different kind of structural question. None commits you to more than its own defined scope.

Finding the right fit

The three offers below cover distinct situations: unclear decision ownership, a management meeting that isn't producing decisions, or an approaching conversation about leadership succession. Each is scoped narrowly, so you can start with the one that matches your current concern without committing to more.

How to choose

If decisions seem to stall between two or three people who each assume the other will act, Role and Responsibility Clarification is usually the more direct fit. If the stalling happens specifically inside your regular management meeting, Management Meeting Redesign addresses that setting more precisely.

If your concern is longer-term — how leadership itself will eventually pass to someone else — Succession Conversation Support is built for that particular kind of conversation, which tends to need a different pace and tone from the other two.

If none of this is obvious from the outside, a short first conversation is usually enough to work it out together.

What every offer includes

A written record

Every engagement ends with a document the company keeps, not just a conversation.

A neutral stance

We record what we observe and stop short of insisting on any one path forward.

A fixed scope

Each offer has a defined start and end — no open-ended billing.

Value and investment

Prices are set to correspond to the scope of each engagement rather than to open-ended consulting time. Payment is arranged directly once an engagement is confirmed; if a company prefers to split payment across the engagement's stages, that can be discussed during the first conversation.

Questions before deciding

Can we combine more than one offer?+

Yes. Some companies begin with Role Clarification and later move to a Meeting Redesign once the responsibility grid has clarified who should be in the room.

What if the responsibility grid shows something uncomfortable?+

That happens more often than not, and it's usually the most useful part of the exercise. The joint session is designed to hold that discussion carefully, without singling anyone out.

Do you work with companies outside Hokkaido?+

Yes, we work with companies across Japan; some sessions are conducted remotely depending on the engagement and location.

Is there any commitment beyond the stated scope?+

No. Each offer ends where its scope says it ends. Anything further would be a separate, clearly agreed engagement.

Still deciding which offer fits?

A short first conversation is usually enough to work that out together, without obligation.
